Unless stated otherwise, our items are not new. They are secondhand(pre-owned). Because of this we do not sell as "new" and do not guarantee "mint" items. Items may be returned within 14 days of the item being received. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You are responsible for the return shipping cost otherwise.
Any item marked "Box Damage" or "Damaged Box" is non-returnable.
Clearance items are non-returnable.
Any item marked "Out of Box" is non-returnable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if something happens on the shipping company's end.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item returned is the original item and in the original condition it was bought in, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
